<p>The designed project is a premium residential complex. The building has 16 floors, basement premises and a 2-level underground car park. The basement level is intended for service, utility and technical rooms.<p> <p>According to the project, retail premises are located on floors 1-2. Each of them has its own exit to the plot, equipped with a ramp and railing.<p> <p>All levels are connected by stairwells with exits to the street. The building also includes an elevator and freight lifts.<p>
