The Association of Realtors and Property Owners of Tajikistan

With the aim of developing a civilized real estate market on the basis of a legislative and regulatory framework, as well as creating a system of professional standards for its participants, expanding opportunities in professional, scientific-technical and social development, raising the status of the realtor, as well as of owners of commercial, administrative and industrial real estate - a decision was made to establish the Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners of Tajikistan.

On November 26, 2022, the founding meeting of the Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners of Tajikistan took place in the conference hall of the SUE «Dipservice» . The initiators of this meeting were the Association of Developers of Tajikistan and major realtors officially conducting their activities on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Also present at the meeting were: Khairulloev Abdullo - director general of the SUE «Dipservice», Zabirov Nekruy – head of the entrepreneurship support department of the State Committee for Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Habibov Davlat – representative of the State Committee for Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Avezova M – director of the Somon.tj portal, Tojiev Alisher – Executive Manager of the Association of Developers of Tajikistan.

The first opening remarks were given to Khairullov Abdullo, who emphasized the importance of raising the quality of providing realtor services at a high level and of conducting official activities with the payment of taxes and duties for the benefit of the development and prosperity of the Republic of Tajikistan and the raising of the country’s prestige on the world stage.

Habibov Davlat, in his speech, noted that the creation and centralization of the provision of realtor services at the highest level will help avoid misunderstandings and negative feedback from guests of the country who come to Tajikistan on a short-term or long-term basis.

The opinions and proposals of  the meeting participants were also heard, including a number of private individuals engaged in providing a qualified housing-rental service, a representative of SK Estate, independent experts and public figures, and representatives of construction companies from the regions of Tajikistan.

At the meeting, the members of the Board of the Association being formed, the Chairman of the Board, the Executive body, the Executive Director, and the members of the Audit Commission were elected and vested with the corresponding powers.

What Membership in the Association provides:

- Inclusion in the database of certified companies and accredited specialists of the Tajik real estate market;

- Connections with new national and foreign business partners, the use of exclusive partner offers;

- Consultation and obtaining information on any issues of the Tajikistan real estate market;

- The opportunity for preferential participation in all events organized by the Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners of Tajikistan.
