Meeting of the heads of Amonatbonk SSB RT and the Association of Developers and Construction Companies of Tajikistan

On December 02, 2022, a working meeting – a conference was held of the leaders of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan «Amonatbank», represented by the Chairman of the Board Sirochiddin Ikromi; the Association of Developers of Tajikistan, represented by the Chairman of the Board Muzaffar Isakov, as well as 40 leaders of the leading construction companies of the city of Dushanbe. 

The main agenda of the meeting held was the discussion of the capabilities of the SSB RT «Amonatbonk» and the requests of construction companies, concerning:

1. The opening of credit lines for construction companies with the specific purpose of erecting multi-story commercial-residential complexes in the city of Dushanbe;

2. The arrangement of bank confirmations, sureties and guarantees of the SSB RT «Amonatbank», necessary for the Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Dushanbe to draw up the preliminary documents necessary for the adoption of the Decisions of the Chairman of the city of Dushanbe on permission for the design and development of multi-story buildings, within the framework of the developed and approved Procedure for drawing up the list of documents necessary for issuing permits for the design and construction of multi-story buildings in the city of Dushanbe, including:

2.1. The opening of credit lines in the amount of 20 to 30% of the preliminary design-and-estimate cost of the construction properties subject to development on the basis of the Decisions of the Chairman of the city of Dushanbe to be adopted;

2.2. The arrangement of bank guarantees in the amount of 5% of the preliminary design-and-estimate cost of the construction properties subject to development on the basis of the Decisions of the Chairman of the city of Dushanbe to be adopted;

3. The development and approval of a special targeted program of mortgage lending to citizens and entrepreneurs interested in acquiring apartments, commercial and administrative premises in properties that are already completed (ready) and/or at the construction stage on the territory of the city of Dushanbe and other regions of Tajikistan.
