We hereby inform you that on February 2, 2023, the state registration of the Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners of Tajikistan took place in the city of Dushanbe!!!

The Association, with the aim of protecting, supporting and developing the activities of

 - Private realtors;

 - Real estate agencies;

 - Real estate sales departments of Banks, MDOs, MLOs;

 - Information portals and real estate websites;

 - Managing companies;

 - Homeowners’ associations;

 - sales departments of construction companies;

 - Advertising agencies;

 - Real estate operators and other legal entities of all forms of ownership operating in the real estate sphere, as well as protecting and supporting the interests of property owners and other natural and legal persons who carry out their entrepreneurial and commercial activities in the sphere of:

 - purchase and sale,

 - the parties to a transaction,

 - mortgage lending on any real estate, including: houses, summer cottages, country estates, commercial and administrative buildings, basements and car parks, production sites and industrial facilities, recreational areas, land plots and other real estate, has been established.

It was approved by the founders of the informational Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners of Tajikistan:

1. The possibility of participation of any interested legal entities (private companies, enterprises and organizations) of all forms of ownership, as well as natural persons (citizens) who are real estate owners or engaged in small entrepreneurial and commercial activity, carrying out their entrepreneurial and commercial activities in the sphere of purchase and sale, rental, and mortgage lending on any real estate.

You can (voluntarily) join:

• the body of founders of the Association;

• The participants of the informational Association;

• The partners of the informational Association;

• The Informational Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners of Tajikistan;

• The establishment under the Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners of Tajikistan - the National School of Realtors;
