Taking this opportunity, we invite you to join the ranks of the association, to improve the quality of the services provided, raise the status of the realtor, and standardize and develop the market. And we inform you that on February 02, 2023, the state registration of the Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners of Tajikistan took place in the city of Dushanbe!

It has been determined by the founders that the Association was formed for the purpose of protecting, supporting and developing in Tajikistan the activities of private Realtors and Real Estate Agencies, Banks, MDOs, MLFs, Information portals and real estate websites, Managing companies, Sales Departments of Construction Companies, Advertising agencies, Real Estate Operators, and other legal entities of all forms of ownership carrying out their activities in the real estate sphere.

As well as the protection and support of the interests of real estate owners and other natural and legal persons carrying out their entrepreneurial and commercial activity in the sphere of purchase and sale, renting out and renting, and mortgage lending on any real estate properties, including: apartments, houses, dachas, commercial and administrative premises, basement premises and car parks, production bases and industrial facilities, recreation areas, land plots and other real estate properties.

It was approved by the founders of the established Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners of Tajikistan:

1. The possibility for any interested Legal entities of all forms of ownership, as well as Natural persons, who are owners of real estate or carry out their entrepreneurial and commercial activity in the sphere of purchase and sale, renting out and renting, and mortgage lending on any real estate properties, to act (at their discretion) as: 
• Founders;
• Participants;
• Partners;

of the established Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners of Tajikistan.

2. The composition of the Board of the Association of 13 (Thirteen) members, including 1 (one) representative each from Sughd region, Khatlon region, the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, as well as the Districts of Republican Subordination, vesting them with the corresponding powers.

3. The election of the leaders of the Board of the Association, including:
• as Chairman of the Board of the Association – Rajabova Dilafruz;
• as First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Association – Keldiev Farhod;
• as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Association – Hamrokulov Anvar;
• as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Association – Hamdamova Shahnoza;
• as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Association – Mustafokulov Shavkat.

4. The appointment of Pulatov Kutbiddin as Executive Director of the Association.

5. The creation under the Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners of Tajikistan – of the National School of Realtors.

6. The creation under the Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners of Tajikistan – of the Center for the Protection of the Rights of Real Estate Owners.

7. The creation under the Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners of Tajikistan – of the Center for Legal Support of Homeowners’ Associations.

8. Membership, Participation and Partnership in the established Association of Realtors and Real Estate Owners is carried out on a GRATUITOUS (free) basis without charging any funds.
